Methodology

Project Management Maturity Model or OPM3® from the Project
Management Institute. In conjunction with our highly sophisticated
methodology, we are able to accurately and quickly determine the
best processes, methodologies, tools and techniques that best fit
your needs.
Tools
Once you are capable of performing at a high level with the
"right" processes for your organization we can then focus on improving
the organization's speed and informational visibility. To meet these

in the world. As a Microsoft Partner specializing in Microsoft Project
Server® we can provide incredible gains in the areas of data
visibility, resource management, regulatory compliance, and program
and project performance.
Training
Once the right processes are in place and the best tools are
there to support the processes it is time to make sure the people
in the organization are properly trained to make use of this capability.
With approximately 40 courses covering all areas of project and
program management as well as 18 courses in Microsoft Project and
Project Server we have the capabilities to provide a cohesive solution
for your training needs. Furthermore, because we are often engaged
by our clients early in the process in determining the best tools
and methodology we are able to ensure the training really fits your
specific needs.
